On June 23, BlueSky released Bharat Browser as its latest browser with features such as Indian language support and access to hyper-regional content to persuade Indian consumers.
The startup had the Venus Browser as its first Web browser for mobile users that was launched in October 2017 and came preloaded on phones by companies including Comio.
Gadgets 360 spoke with BlueSky Inventions Co-Founder and CEO Dinesh Prasad over a phone call to understand how the Bharat Browser is different from other Indian Web browsers, and why we ultimately need an Indian browser.
Dinesh Prasad, Co-Founder and CEO of BlueSky Inventions, admits the word "Bharat" in Bharat Browser helps attract new users So did you choose Bharat as a keyword to get more users on board through that name only?
Bharat Browser comes with a dedicated My State tab to offer content from a specific state Although UC Browser is banned, from the consumers' point of view, why should I use a “made in India” browser at this moment?
However, even after the UV lights have turned off, the wireless charger will continue to supply 10W of power.
Image: Samsung Samsung says its dual UV lights take 10 minutes to sterilize your items from the top and bottom, after which they automatically turn off to avoid damaging your device.
News of the charger first emerged last week from Samsung Thailand, but now the company has announced the product globally.
Samsung has announced a new 10W wireless charger that tops up your phone’s battery while sterilizing the device using UV-C light.
If you’re not into the idea of paying money to clean your phone, then SamMobile reports that Samsung also offers a free sanitizing service through its service centers and Experience Stores in select countries worldwide, which also rely on using UV light to clean your device.
With the iPad Air, you get a machine with an excellent balance of screen size, power, and price.
Just as powerful as 12.9-inch Pro Some might want a bigger display The latest generation of the iPad Air walks the line between the lower-priced 2019 iPad mini and iPad and the larger screen real estate of the 2020 iPad Pro lineup.
One of the great advantages of the 11-inch iPad Pro over the 12.9-inch model and the 10.5-inch iPad Air is that it straddles the line between the portability of the 10.5-inch Air and the power of the 12.9-inch Pro.
The 12.9-inch iPad Pro combines impressive power and a large, beautiful display in a top-notch mobile artistic tool.
The iPad Pro's 12.9-inch display is a great canvas size for your art, whether you're sketching, painting, or editing photos, that still lets you be mobile.
We’re relatively certain that Apple Car Keys uses Digital Key Release 2.0 because the specs and use are so similar.
Apps and services like those use Bluetooth Low Energy or a mobile data connection over a server to start your car and do all sorts of other things.
You also don’t need an iOS Car Keys app to make it work — it can either sit in Wallet or just activate as soon as you wave your iPhone over your car’s lock (as long as it has Apple Car Keys compatibility, of course).
NFC technology is available even while offline so you can unlock your car anywhere, even if an underground garage or other places where a connection is spotty.
There are plenty of car keys apps already available, Apple’s unique approach is ahead of the competition.
Designed by LA-based automotive designer Julien Fesquet, the Rolls-Royce Apparition concept comes with a beautiful almost precious pebble-like exterior that takes the Sweptail and exaggerates everything we loved about it.
The exaggerated hood angles ever so slightly at the end, resulting in a steeply raked windshield which covers the entire car in a bubble of tinted glass from front to back.
The glass element finds itself on the front, cladding the area where one would normally expect Rolls-Royce’s long grilles – hinting at an electric drivetrain.
The electric drivetrain, however, isn’t the only progressive element in the Rolls-Royce car’s design.
The automobile even features digital rear-view mirrors along with equally razor-thin headlamps and taillights… and two spare tires, partially hidden by the front fenders in a gloriously modern reinterpretation of a common practice in Rolls-Royce’s earlier models!
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) announced back in April 2018 with Android 8.1 Oreo picked up the Android 9 Pie update a year later, but it's yet to get the stable build of Android 10.
However, Asus has been working on Android 10 for the ZenFone Max Pro (M1) for a few months now and the company just released the third beta of Android 10 for the smartphone.
Asus ZenFone Max Pro (M1) The new beta build doesn't bring any new features to the ZenFone Max Pro (M1) but bumps up the Android security patch level on the smartphone to June 5, 2020 and comes with bug fixes listed below.
Fixed VOIP call silent issue after opening "OK Google" in the voice assistant.
Fixed NFC not working issue after upgrading to the Android 10.
Support for changing default apps is a long-requested feature, as iOS 13 and prior versions of the operating system will always direct taps on links to Safari instead of Chrome, and new emails start in Apple Mail over an app like Spike.
As part of iOS 14 and iPadOS 14’s new features, users will be able to change their default app preferences for the first time.
Through his experience deploying and managing firewalls, switches, a mobile device management system, enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, 100s of Macs, and 100s of iPads, Bradley will highlight ways in which Apple IT managers deploy Apple devices, build networks to support them, train users, stories from the trenches of IT management, and ways Apple could improve its products for IT departments.
This year, one of the key things I noticed for enterprise and K–12 customers was the ability to set default email and browsers on iPad and iPhone.
On the email side, I could see organizations that use Microsoft 365 will want to set Microsoft Outlook as the default email app on corporate devices.
Apple has purged more than 4,500 games from its App Store in just three days, following a change to licensing restrictions in China.
Earlier this week it emerged that Apple had frozen thousands of mobile games on China's App Store at the behest of the government.
All app developers need an official license from regulators in China to put their games on Apple's App Store.
As TechNode reports: More than 3,000 games have been removed from Apple's China App Store in the first two days of July, a move the company has warned developers about as it closes a loophole which allowed unlicensed paid games to list on the platform.
AppInChina told the outlet: "We are seeing unprecedented numbers of games dropping off the Apple App Store China daily since Apple implemented this new policy on July 1.

India’s ministry of electronics and IT, as we know, had blocked 59 Chinese apps as these apps were “compiling, mining and profiling” the data of users.
After Google removed TikTok from Play Store, the Chinese app issued a statement which stated that they have been invited to meet with the concerned government stakeholders for an opportunity to respond and submit clarification on the same.
A Google spokesperson has mentioned that the company has “temporarily blocked access to the apps” and has also said, “While we continue to review the interim orders from the Government of India, we have notified the affected developers and have temporarily blocked access to the apps that remained available on the Play Store India.”
These banned Chinese apps have disappeared from India’s App Stores, Google and Apple have started to follow the orders by preventing the users from using and accessing these banned apps.
Mobile insights firm App Annie provided with the data that these blocked apps comprised of an active user base of over 500 million users in India just the last month, which shows that a number of people significantly were users of these blocked Chinese apps.

As said earlier, HTC is betting high on the Desire 20 Pro and the U20 5G to save its smartphone business.
In the introductory video, which HTC released on the same day the handset was unveiled, the company highlights its 6.8-inch display, Snapdragon 765G processor, and the quad rear-camera setup.
In addition to this nostalgic video, HTC has also published introductory videos for the Desire 20 Pro as well as the U20 5G.
It is now betting high on the new HTC U20 5G as well as the Desire 20 Pro to resurrect its dying smartphone business.
While the world waits for the two handsets' international availability, the company has published an interesting video on YouTube highlighting its journey in the mobile phone industry through to the U20 5G.
Sources told Bloomberg that Apple has not only canceled a number of games over the past few months, but also informed developers that it wants to focus more on “engagement.”
However, the platform might be struggling, according to a new Bloomberg report that suggests Apple is retooling its games portfolio and how it deals with developers.
Apple Arcade represents something of a bold bet for Apple: In exchange for a monthly fee, subscribers have access to a wide variety of games, without any of the in-app purchases or other annoyances that plague the mobile gaming world at the moment.
In the meantime, here were some of the interesting tech stories from the week—including Facebook’s funky VR experiment and some rumblings about the state of Apple Arcade.
For developers who are interested in eventually having a game featured on Apple Arcade, keep this strategy pivot in mind when designing your next iOS masterpiece.
Apple and Google's cosy deal to ensure Google Search is the default search provider for Apple's Safari web browser will come to an end if UK competition regulators get their way.
The Competition and Markets Authority says the billion pound arrangement creates “a significant barrier to entry and expansion” for those seeking to challenge Google's overwhelming dominance of the search realm, Reuters reports.
“Given the impact of preinstallations and defaults on mobile devices and Apple’s significant market share, it is our view that Apple’s existing arrangements with Google create a significant barrier to entry and expansion for rivals affecting competition between search engines on mobiles,” the report brought to light by Reuters on July 1 reveals.
The report said Apple was the recipient of a "significant majority" of the £1.2 billion Google paid UK companies to be the default search engine last year alone.
The deal is worth a significant amount to Apple, but to Google it is massively significant due to the ads its is able to serve to UK web users without having to compete for the airtime.
The first plan is Boost’s new “$hrink-It” plan, which offers 15GB of wireless data for $45 per month, with a $5 discount after three consecutive on-time payments, and then another $5 discount after six on-time payments.
To celebrate the closing of the deal, Dish has created an updated logo for Boost (seen above), and is launching two new phone plans that will be available July 2.
In addition to purchasing Boost and its assets, Dish’s $1.4 billion deal also includes an agreement that allows Boost to piggyback off of T-Mobile’s network for the next seven years as Dish works to finally build out its own wireless network.
And today, in a deal worth $1.4 billion, Boost Mobile’s new owner Dish has finally begun its attempt to become the U.S.’s fourth nationwide wireless carrier.
In the end, while it’s nice to see Dish/Boost filling the role of the nation’s fourth wireless carriers, it’s going to be a while until Dish presents a real threat or meaningful competition to MaBell, Big Red, or New T-Mobile.
