NSW Health sent out an alert overnight advising “all people who visited the Bavarian Restaurant Manly on Friday 24 July from 2.30pm-4pm to monitor for COVID-19 symptoms”.

Patrons who dined at the Bavarian Restaurant in Manly on Friday have also be urged to monitor their symptoms after a case attended the popular venue between 2.30pm and 4pm.

“The decision was taken after a staff member tested positive to COVID-19,” an Australian Club spokesman said in a statement.

The Australian Club, an exclusive members-only venue in Sydney’s CBD, will be closed until Tuesday after a staff member tested positive to COVID-19.

Harpoon and Hotel Harry in Surry Hills has also closed for cleaning after a positive case visited the popular venue on July 26 from 2.15pm to 11pm in the indoor dining area.
