The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has been certified on Bluetooth SIG this week, taking it one step closer to commercial availability.
Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station has posted several apparent Galaxy Z Flip 5G specs, and it looks like the phone will be getting a Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset clocked at 3.09Ghz.
This would be a major upgrade over the 4G-enabled Galaxy Z Flip, which offered a Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset instead.
Other Galaxy Z Flip 5G specs shared by the leaker include a 6.7-inch FHD+ main screen, a 1.05-inch external display, dual 2500mAh+704mAh batteries with 15W charging, a 12MP selfie camera, and 12MP+10MP rear camera pairing.
It looks like those expecting the Galaxy Z Flip 5G to be a comprehensive upgrade over the 4G model might be disappointed then.
